TERM OF USE

 This Terms of Service (the "Agreement") is made between us ("we," "us," or "our") and you ("you," or "your"), our customer. It outlines your rights and responsibilities regarding the use of our mobile application, "Mods, Addons for Minecraft PE" ("App").


1. Our Services
We grant you access to our services, allowing you to use the app to install houses, base, and other structures in your Minecraft Pocket Edition (PE) game. Simply select the content you like, and it will instantly appear in your Minecraft world.

2. Acceptance
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to accept this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our App. You also agree to comply with the terms provided by any third parties whose products or services are accessed through the App.

We may update this Agreement at any time. If we update these terms, we will notify you, and by continuing to use the App, you accept the updated terms.

3. Intellectual Property
All materials available on the App, including but not limited to software, designs, fonts, mods, and other content ("Materials"), are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not use the Materials for any purpose other than as permitted by this Agreement. You retain ownership of any content you create using our services, but we does not own the content you create.

4. Your Responsibilities
By using the App, you agree to comply with this Agreement and any third-party licenses. We are not responsible for any content you create, and any use of the content is solely your responsibility.

5. Payment
5.1 In-App Purchases: If you purchase an ad-free version or other premium features, payments will be processed through your Google Play account.
5.2 Subscription Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage your subscription settings through your Google Play account.
5.3 Non-Transferability: Purchases and subscriptions are valid only for use on Android devices and cannot be transferred between different systems.
5.4 Refunds: If you cancel a subscription or purchase, you will not receive a refund for the current billing period.
5.5 Purchase: If you uninstalls the app while having Coin purchased then it will be zero automatic. you will have to purchase again if you uninstalls and installs app between the Coin purchased.
5.6 Free and Premium Content:
5.6.1 Free Content: The App provides free content, which is available to all users without any cost.
5.6.2 Premium Content: Some content and features within the App are available only to users who purchase access through a subscription or you may allow to earn coins by watching advertisements. These coins can be used to access premium content.

6. Termination
The agreement will continue to apply until terminated by either you or us as follows. You may end your legal agreement with us at any time for any reason by discontinuing your use of our apps. We may cease providing you with all or part of the at any time for any reason, including, but not limited to, if we reasonably believe: (i) you have violated these Terms; (ii) you create risk or possible legal exposure for us. In all such cases, the Terms shall terminate, including, without limitation, your license to use our apps, except that the following sections shall continue to apply: 3, 5, 7, 8, and 9.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or content, resulting from your use or inability to use the App.

8. Disclaimers and Warranties
The App is provided "AS-IS" without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will meet your expectations or be error-free.
You use the App at your own risk, and we are not responsible for any damage to your device or loss of data.

9. Privacy Policy
We collect, store, and manage your personal information according to our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Dispute Resolution
If you have any disputes with us, we encourage you to contact us directly. If we cannot resolve the issue, the dispute will be resolved through the courts with jurisdiction in the defendant's domicile.

11. Miscellaneous
11.1 Severability: If any part of this Agreement is found to be invalid, the rest will remain in effect.
11.2 Modifications: We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. You will be notified of any changes.
