Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") before using the Contacts: Phone Calls & Dialer application (the "App"). They form an agreement between you and the App's developer ("we", "us", or "our"). Downloading, installing, or using the App means you accept these Terms; if you do not accept them, do not use the App.

1. What the App Provides

The App is a phone dialer and contact manager: it lets you place calls, organize and search your contacts, view call history, identify incoming callers, and block unwanted numbers. Some features depend on the permissions you grant and on your device's capabilities, including whether you set the App as your default dialer.

2. Who May Use the App

The App may be used from age 13, or from the higher minimum age your region's law requires. A person between 13 and 18 may use the App only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on their behalf and is responsible for their use of the App.

3. Accepting and Updating These Terms

Using the App counts as acceptance of these Terms. We may revise them from time to time; the current version and its effective date will always be published on this page, and continued use after a revision means you accept it. If a revision is unacceptable to you, stop using the App.

4. Data the App Uses

With your permission, the App works with your contacts, call log, and related device data to provide dialing, caller ID, call history, and blocking — all as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. We do not sell your personal data, and sharing is limited to the service providers named in the Privacy Policy.

5. Using the App Responsibly

Use the App only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for how you use its calling and blocking features — including compliance with the laws of your region — and for the accuracy of the contact information you manage through it. Do not use the App to harass anyone, interfere with emergency communications, or attempt unauthorized access to any connected systems. Do not rely on the App as your only way to reach emergency services; always keep your device's built-in emergency calling available.

6. Your Controls

You may revoke permissions in device settings, edit or delete contacts, clear your call history, unblock numbers, change your default dialer, or uninstall the App at any time. Revoking a permission limits the matching feature until it is granted again.

7. Ownership and License

The App — its code, design, graphics, and other materials we created — belongs to us and is protected by intellectual property law. You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for private, non-commercial purposes. Copying, modifying, redistributing, selling, or reverse engineering the App without our written consent is not permitted. Your contacts and other content remain yours.

8. Advertising

The App is free and may show advertisements delivered by third-party networks such as Google AdMob. Your dealings with any advertiser are between you and that advertiser; we are not responsible for third-party ad content or for the products and services advertised.

9. Legal Disclosures

We may disclose information where the law requires it, or where reasonably necessary to prevent fraud or abuse, protect the rights and safety of users, or enforce these Terms.

10. Ending Use

You can stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or end your access without prior notice if these Terms are violated, if the law requires it, or if continuing to provide the App would create legal or operational risk. Provisions that naturally survive termination — ownership, disclaimers, liability limits — stay in force.

11. No Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, that every unwanted call will be blocked, that caller identification will always be accurate, or that defects will be corrected.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including missed or failed calls, lost data, lost contacts, lost profits, or device problems — arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App, even if we were advised such damages were possible.

13. Dispute Resolution

Write to us first at the email below — most concerns can be resolved informally. If a dispute cannot be settled that way, it is handled under applicable law by the competent courts of the place where the defendant is located, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

14. Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms proves invalid or unenforceable, the remainder continues in full effect. Choosing not to enforce a provision at some point is not a waiver of it.
