Terms of Service
Terms of Service
App: Phone Dialer: Contacts Manager
Effective date: September 16, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are the agreement between you and the developer ("we", "us", "our") covering your use of the Phone Dialer: Contacts Manager application (the "App"). Downloading, installing or using the App means you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. What the App Does
The App is a phone dialer and contact manager. You can organise and search your contacts, make and receive calls, review your call history, see who is calling before you answer, and block or filter numbers you would rather avoid. Which features are available depends on the permissions you grant, on your device, and on whether you have set the App as your default dialer.
2. Free Version and Subscription
The core contact and calling features are free, and the free version is supported by advertising. Taking a subscription does two things: it turns advertising off and it unlocks the premium features. The features included in a subscription are listed inside the App and may be expanded or adjusted as the App develops.
3. Billing, Renewal and Cancellation
Subscriptions are sold only through Google Play billing, at the price shown to you before you confirm. Unless you cancel first, a subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period and the charge is applied to your Google Play account under Google's terms. To cancel, open the Play Store and go to "Subscriptions"; your subscription then runs to the end of the period you have already paid for and you keep access until then. Uninstalling the App does not cancel anything — only the Play Store can end a subscription.
4. Refunds
Refunds follow the Google Play refund policy and are decided and paid by Google, not by us. If you think you were charged by mistake you can also write to us and we will help where we can, but the final decision on any Play Store refund rests with Google.
5. Minimum Age and Purchases by Minors
You may use the App from the age of 13, or from any higher minimum age set by the law where you live. Anyone between 13 and 18 needs permission from a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on their behalf.
A subscription or purchase made by a minor is valid only if a parent or legal guardian agreed to it in advance. An adult who lets a child use a phone signed in to that adult's Google Play account is responsible for purchases made from it. The real safeguard is purchase authentication in Google Play — requiring a password or fingerprint before every purchase — and we recommend switching it on for any phone a child can use. If an unauthorised purchase still happens, the Google Play refund process is the route to resolve it.
6. Acceptance and Later Changes
Using the App means you accept these Terms. We may change them; the version on this page, with its effective date, is always the one that applies, and continuing to use the App after a change means you accept that change. If a change is not acceptable to you, you can stop using the App.
7. Data the App Uses
Subject to the permissions you grant, the App works with your contacts, call records and related device data in order to provide dialling, caller identification, call history and blocking. The details are in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. We do not sell personal data, and we share it only with the providers named in that policy.
8. Your Responsibilities
You must use the App only for lawful purposes. How you use its dialling, blocking and reporting features — including complying with the law where you live — is your responsibility, as is the accuracy of the contact information you keep in it. You must not use the App to harass anyone, to file false spam reports, to interfere with emergency communications, to get around the subscription, or to gain unauthorised access to any connected system. The App must never be your only way of reaching emergency services; your phone's built-in emergency dialling must remain available at all times.
9. Controls You Have
You can withdraw permissions in Android settings, edit or delete contacts, clear your call history, unblock numbers, change your default dialer, and uninstall the App — at any time and entirely at your own discretion.
10. Ownership and Licence
The code, design, graphics and other materials that come from us are our property and are protected by intellectual property law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App, including any premium features unlocked by a subscription, for private and non-commercial purposes. Copying, modifying, redistributing, selling and reverse engineering are not permitted without our written consent. Your own contacts and content remain yours throughout.
11. Advertising
When no subscription is active, advertising is shown through third-party networks such as Google AdMob. Any dealings between you and an advertiser are strictly between the two of you; we are not responsible for third-party ad content or for the goods and services advertised. Advertising stops for as long as a subscription is active.
12. Disclosure
We may disclose information where the law requires it, or where it is reasonably necessary to prevent fraud or abuse, to protect the rights and safety of users, or to enforce these Terms.
13. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it — remembering that a subscription survives uninstallation and must be cancelled separately in the Play Store. We may suspend or end your access without notice if these Terms are breached, if the law requires it, or if continuing to provide the App would expose us to legal or operational risk. Provisions that should naturally survive termination — ownership, disclaimers and limits on liability — continue to apply.
14. No Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", with no warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not promise that it will run uninterrupted or error-free, that every unwanted or spam call will be caught, that caller identification will always be correct, or that every defect will be fixed.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages — including missed or failed calls, loss of data, loss of contacts, lost profits and device malfunction — arising from your use of the App or your inability to use it, even if we were told such damage was possible.
16. Disputes
Please write to us first at the address below; almost everything is settled that way. If informal resolution does not work, the dispute will be decided under applicable law by the competent courts of the place where the defendant is located, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
17. General
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the rest remains in full force. Choosing not to enforce a provision on one occasion is not a waiver of it.
